Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders that are prepaid. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, standard shipping fees apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via WhatsApp, Text, or Email with the tracking number and the shipping details. You can track your order directly through the courier service provider’s tracking system.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Cancellation within 12 Hours: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by logging into your account and navigating to the order section. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team directly via WhatsApp at +91 79828 83196, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.

Cancellation After 12 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order after 12 hours, it is at the discretion of our team, and any applicable cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation Fee: For any cancellation request made after the 12-hour window, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order to cover payment gateway charges.
Please note that cancellation requests will only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return procedure if needed.
Delivery Time & Delays
- Estimated Delivery Time: After shipping, delivery is expected within 7-10 business days depending on your location.
- Delays: While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, please note that Lux Heaven is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue through either a replacement or a refund, based on the situation.
